The Oppelle Board 

Oppelle organizes and facilitates monthly peer advisory board meetings comprised of carefully selected female CEO’s, presidents and owners from a wide variety of non-competing industries. Meetings are scheduled at a convenient time for members, and are generally 4 hours in length. In a trusted, confidential setting, female leaders from diverse businesses, connect in a peer-to-peer environment to brainstorm opportunities, share best practices, support goal attainment, and improve business performance. Oppelle recognizes that women leaders share unique issues and challenges, and benefit from a safe and accepting forum for discussion. The boards of up to 12 members each, operate under the guidance of an experienced Oppelle Facilitator, who is a certified Executive Coach and trained in our proprietary process.

Executive Coaching

Oppelle members receive monthly one-on-one executive coaching sessions from their Oppelle Facilitator. Coaching addresses and clarifies personal and professional goals and moves the action forward. All Oppelle Executive Coaches are certified and have fulfilled the rigorous requirements set forth by the International Coach Federation (ICF). They are highly skilled in offering insight, accountability, support, and deliver coaching with a very empowering and client-centered approach. The client-coach relationship is a very powerful and effective alliance. Research shows that the return on investment is approximately 6X the cost ....Coaching works! Because members are coached by their board facilitators, the coaching partnership is enhanced by the connection and shared knowledge the coach and client already possess.

Access to World Class personal and professional development

Oppelle recognizes the commitment to personal and professional growth that women leaders embody, and is therefore equally as committed to offering development opportunities as a benefit of membership. Each Board member receives four teleclasses with their membership and can choose from a top level menu of both personal and professional topics. All teleclasses are offered by subject-matter experts, and can range from Confrontation Skills for Women to Body Image Issues to Effective Parenting Skills. Oppelle addresses it’s offerings to the “whole woman”…believing that successful women build stronger businesses when they build stronger selves.

The members’ only, password-protected Web site section gives each member access to an online library of useful articles and problem solving information pertinent to business leaders, and to women. Each member also has access to the public forum where questions can be posed to other Oppelle members; increasing the extensive business expertise available exclusively to Oppelle members.
